UK

UK 2nd Class - FREE - Royal Mail aim to deliver in 7 to 10 working days (normally this would be 2 to 3 working days)

UK 1st Class  - £4.95  - Royal Mail aim to deliver in 2 to 5 working days (normally this would be 1 to 2 working days)

UK Special Delivery - £8.95 - Guaranteed next working day service.  This is still available, but the next day serrvice by 1pm is now next day by 9pm

For Next Day Special Delivery please place the order before 2pm.

Please note: If placing an order using Special Delivery on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the item will be delivered on Tuesday. Orders cannot be delivered on bank holidays but on the following working day.

Standard deliveries within the UK usually take around 7-10 (was 2-3) working days, in the USA and Canada 7-10 days, Europe takes around 7-10 working days and Rest of World takes around 10-14 working days. Delivery times are estimates only and can differ, especially during peak times such as Christmas.

Here at Liberty Charms we want you to be happy with each and every purchase. If however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund.

From the 1^St November onwards, returns can be made up to the 25^th January.  After that, normal 30 days return policy applies.

• Please include your name and order number with your return.
• Item must be in it’s original packaging and in perfect condition - we cannot accept and refund items that shown signs of scratches, blemishes, resizing or alterations, and signs of wear or tear.
• Please note that we cannot accept the return of and refund earrings due to hygiene reasons.
• Postage costs are not refundable.
