Once we receive your order we prepare and process your order in the priority it was received unless you have paid for a premium shipping service.  In normal times it takes 2-3 working days for us to prepare and ship your order.  (This does not affect special delivery)  At quiet times it will be quicker and at busy times it takes longer.  We always aim for all orders to be sent as quickly as possible.

UK 2nd Class - 99p - We use Royal Mail and send your order as a large letter.  Once sent you will receive an email delivery confirmation (including a booking reference number) and after that delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days.

UK 1st Class  - £3.95  - We use Royal Mail and send your order as a large letter.  Once sent you will receive an email delivery confirmation (including a booking reference number) and after that delivery usually takes 1 to 2 working days.

UK Tracked Delivery - £2.99 - We use Royal Mail and once your order has been shipped you will receive an email including your tracking number.  This email will link to the tracking service on Royal Mail's website.  This delivery service usually takes 2 to 4 working days.

UK Next Day Special Delivery - £8.95 - All orders received before 11am using this service will be delivered the next working day.  If an order is received after 11am we will aim to get your order delivered next day but cannot guarantee that it will and it will be delivered the following working day. We use either Royal Mail or DPD Express Next Day service depending on where you live or if you need a delivery on a Saturday.  Please read the note below

For Next Day Special Delivery please place the order before 11am.

Please note: If placing an order using UK Next Day Special Delivery on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the item will be delivered on Tuesday. Orders cannot be delivered on bank holidays but on the following working day.  We will request a Saturday delivery with Royal Mail if the order is place prior to 11am on a Friday.

UK 2 Day Tracked Delivery - £5.95 - We use either DPD Express or UPS saver delivery, this provides full tracking and delivery within 1-2 days.  Orders need to be receied by 11am.  We will aim to dispatch your order the same day if received after 11am but cannot guarantee this.

Standard deliveries within the UK usually take around 3-5 working days, in the USA and Canada 7-10 days, Europe takes around 7-10 working days and Rest of World takes around 10-14 working days. Delivery and preparation times are estimates only and can differ, especially during peak times such as Christmas.

Here at Liberty Charms we want you to be happy with each and every purchase. If however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund.

From the 1^St November onwards, returns can be made up to the 25^th January.  After that, normal 30 days return policy applies.

• Please include your name and order number with your return.
• Item must be in it’s original packaging and in perfect condition - we cannot accept and refund items that shown signs of scratches, blemishes, resizing or alterations, and signs of wear or tear.
• Please note that we cannot accept the return of and refund earrings due to hygiene reasons.
• Postage costs are not refundable.
