2026 Competition

Terms and conditions

1. The promoter is The Print and Design Fact Limited (company number 14518594), The Grove, Station Road, Royston, Barnsley S71 4EU ("we").
2. The Christmas Charm Giveaway opens at 10:00 on 19 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 8 November 2026. Entries after the closing time will not be counted.
3. Open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except our staff and their immediate families.
4. Enter by submitting your first name and email address on libertycharms.co.uk/pages/win and agreeing to receive our marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time; doing so after entry does not affect your entry. One entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
5. No purchase is necessary.
6. There are three prizes. Each is a £30 Liberty Charms gift voucher, issued as a digital gift card to spend at libertycharms.co.uk. The voucher is not transferable for cash and there is no cash alternative.
7. Three winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries on 9 November 2026 and notified by email that day. A winner must reply to confirm within 14 days, or we will draw another winner.
8. Gift vouchers will be emailed to the winner within 7 days of their reply.
9. We will publish each winner's first name and county on our Facebook and Instagram pages. The winners' details are available on request from the address above for one month after the draw.
10. We use entrants' details to run this promotion and, with consent, to send marketing emails, in line with our privacy policy.
11. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
12. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
