We use Royal Mail as our designated delivery service UK and EU. For the US and Canada we use Fed-Ex. We are happy to ship worldwide to any country.

UK 2nd Class - FREE - Royal Mail aim to deliver in 2 to 3 working days
UK 1st Class - £2.95 - Royal Mail aim to deliver the next working day
UK Special Delivery - £6.95 - Royal Mail's Guarantee next working day service
For Next Day Special Delivery please place the order before 11 am.
Please note: If placing an order on Friday using Special Delivery, the item will be delivered on Monday and if ordering on Saturday or Sunday, the item will be delivered on Tuesday.
Standard deliveries within the UK usually take around 2-3 working days, in the USA and Canada 7-10 days, Europe takes around 3-7 working days and Rest of World takes around 6-10 working days. Delivery times are estimates only and can differ, especially during peak times such as Christmas.
(When ordering 20 or more the delivery may be charged for two deliveries if you are using royal mails 1st or special service)

Here at Liberty Charms we want you to be happy with each and every purchase. If however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund.
From the 1St November onwards, returns can be made up to the 25th January. After that, normal 30 days return policy applies.
- Please include your name and order number with your return.
- Item must be in it’s original packaging and in perfect condition - we cannot accept and refund items that shown signs of scratches, blemishes, resizing or alterations, and signs of wear or tear.
- Please note that we cannot accept the return of and refund earrings due to hygiene reasons.
- Postage costs are not refundable.
